Accessibility

Our commitment

Calm Mind Therapy aims to make its website and services welcoming, clear and usable for people with diverse access needs.

WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY

The website is designed with readable type, meaningful headings, clear navigation, visible focus states, descriptive image text, strong colour contrast and reduced-motion support where possible.

MOBILE AND KEYBOARD USE

Core information and booking pathways are intended to remain usable on smaller screens and with keyboard navigation. Content is organized so cards, process steps and footer links can stack logically.

IMAGES AND MEDIA

Meaningful images should include useful alternative text. Decorative images may use empty alternative text so assistive technology can skip them. Motion should not be required to understand essential information.

ACCOMMODATIONS

If you need an accommodation related to communication, appointment format, forms or access to practice information, email Calm Mind Therapy. Available accommodations depend on the service, therapist and practical limitations, but requests will be considered respectfully.

ALTERNATIVE FORMATS

You may request important website information in another reasonable format. Please identify the page or information you need and the format that would be useful.

FEEDBACK

Use the Contact page to report an accessibility barrier or request support. Include only the information needed to explain the access issue and avoid sending detailed sensitive health information through the general form.

ONGOING IMPROVEMENT

Accessibility is an ongoing process. The site will be reviewed as content, features and technology change.
