Couples Therapy
Support for communication, connection, and change
60 minutes · CA$250
Couples therapy offers a structured space for partners to understand difficult cycles, communicate more clearly, and decide how they want to move forward. Care is collaborative and does not assume that one person is the problem.
YOU MAY BE HERE BECAUSE…
Conversations quickly become conflict or withdrawal
Trust has been strained
You feel disconnected, lonely or misunderstood
A transition, loss or stressor is affecting the relationship
You repeat the same pattern without resolution
You want support before a concern becomes a crisis
HOW THERAPY MAY HELP
Sessions may help partners recognize recurring interaction patterns, express needs more safely, strengthen repair, negotiate practical differences and develop a clearer shared direction. Therapy cannot guarantee a specific relationship outcome.
WHAT SESSIONS MAY LOOK LIKE
The therapist will hear from both partners, clarify shared and individual hopes, and establish a respectful process. Sessions may include guided conversations, skills practice, emotional-pattern mapping and between-session reflection.
THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
Care may draw from evidence-informed relational, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused and trauma-informed perspectives when appropriate.
